Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are usually $4-$8 per item. It takes 1-2 weeks for products to be delivered.

Shipping

We only ship within the boundaries of contiguous 48 states of the USA. We may reject some addresses, PO boxes or zip codes. Shipping rate will be provided during checkout.
Shipping rates are not final.

We reserve the right to change shipping cost even after an order has been placed, if so, we will contact you first, if you do not approve we will refund your money.

Freight

Freight items are quoted for dock to dock delivery. Extra charges apply for liftgate. Freight items cannot be returned. You must inspect the product before signing. If there are damage, refuse the product. Once you sign for the product, you own the product. Only manufacturers warranty apply after that.

Inventory

We cannot guarantee that a product is in stock even if its listed on the site.

Backorder Items

Backorder items require additional one week for shipping than regular shipping period. They will be ordered from manufacturers and not kept in stock.

Returns

We provide 30 day money back guarantee for products listed under $1000 for Home & Kitchen category. Products worth over $1000, commercial products and freight items cannot be returned.

You will be able to return products within 30 days after the purchase for products under $1000.
Return products must not be damaged, worn out or used by the customer.
The product along with all the packaging materials, manuals, accessories, parts, etc must be kept intact and returned.

You must contact us first before returning products. We will refund you after receiving and verifying the product, and processing the paper work. It may take up to few weeks to refund your money. Money will be refunded only to the account/card that was charged.

Sale of products worth individually over $1000 are final. Replacement will be provided for damaged shipping, manufacturers defects or our fulfillment errors.

Warranty

Some products may have warranty. If so it will be mentioned in the website.
The product will be replaced by the manufacturer under there warranty and condition limitations.
The manufacturer will define and are responsible for the terms and conditions of the warranty, replacement or money back.
