The griddle is an extra thick oversized commercial cast aluminum which conducts heat fast and evenly. The 17” x 11.4” (43*28cm) size fits over two burners and as all of Swiss Diamond’s cookware, works on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stovetops. The griddle is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods.
