Floor model single-speed reversible dough sheeter with 39 1/2" table. Tables fold upright for storage. Mounted on wheels Single speed manual or foot pedal operation. These ergonomically designed, reversible dough sheeters are ideal for small to medium sized bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and hotels. With roller separation fully adjustable between 0" and 1 3/8", they efficiently sheet almost any type of dough to the desired thickness, for flexibility in preparing a wide variety of products.

Regardless of the direction, the leading conveyor moves slightly faster than the feed conveyor, gently stretching the sheet for wrinkle free results. Conveyor direction is reversed using the floor pedals or convenient knobs that permit both left and right handed operation. Calibrated and highly polished, the 24" chrome-plated cylinders deliver smooth sheets of dough that reel onto removable wooden rolling pins. Shielded cylinder bearings prevent contamination.

Safety features include electrical interlocks that prevent accidental operation. Roller scrapers are removed in seconds for daily cleaning. The tables can be folded upright or removed entirely from the wheel-mounted base for space saving storage and easy movement.

Momentary contact STOP and START buttons.A manual crank adjusts the space between rolling cylinders in small increments from 0" to 1 3/8" (0 to 3.5 cm). Grippable push/pull knobs provide left- or right-handed control of conveyor direction. Foot pedals provide an alternate means of shifting conveyor direction.

Painted steel body. Chrome-plated steel rollers. Polyester conveyor belts. Leveling feet plus casters for easy movement. Tables fold upright and are fully removable.

Warranty:

Univex Model SF600 Dough Sheeters carry a one-year, on-site parts and labor warranty against any flaws in materials and workmanship. This period begins with the date of purchase and, provided the unit is used properly in accordance with our instructions, is in full effect for one year from that date. Any work to be performed under this warranty must be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday. Univex will not pay overtime charges for work performed other than during normal business hours. Accessories have a 30-day replacement or repair warranty for the period beginning on date of purchase. Damages incurred in transit or from installation error, accident, alteration or misuse are not covered. Transit damages should be reported to the carrier immediately. Univex shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, incidental, or special damages. Contact Univex Service Department for any warranty claims.
